Group calls begin October 6th. We meet weekly on Sundays from 4:30-6:30pm EST by zoom, with an option to call in if you do not have access to zoom. You do not need to be present on the coaching calls, but it is recommended to get the most out of the program. All calls are recorded and will be made available to participants for the duration of your enrollment.
You have the opportunity to submit questions in advance through the group discussion forum and have them addressed on the live coaching call. We recommend this to all participants whether you attend live or not, as it helps streamline the call and prepare discussion topics in advance.
The focus of the coaching call is to support you working through the material in the content hub and connect with the other program participants in a live format. We meet on Sundays to ground and prepare you for the week ahead, to review what's working or not, to help you feel ready to move forward with more ease.
Each call begins with a group meditation practice, lead by the coach facilitator, Shelley Poovey. A discussion topic, or topics, will be presented based on the pre-submitted questions to explore and assist you where you feel stuck or need support with where you are in the program.
Group discussion is so valuable, getting ideas and support from each other can reinforce your progress and inspire new ways to work within the program. This is where the facilitator steps back and allows everyone space to connect on a deeper level beyond the discussion group engagement.
If time, there will be breakout groups to work with practices and program concepts, to workshop ideas with each other in smaller groups.
Reflection and awareness - what came up in breakout groups that leave lingering questions? We will bring that into a group brainstorm and discussion.
We allow plenty of time for you to feel clear about your practical next steps as you move into the next week, setting each person up for success by reframing setbacks and clarifying strategies to keep going.
Everyone will be moving through the content hub at their own pace, so there is no particular topic or agenda that is pre-set for the coaching call. Come as you are, with questions, celebrations, curiosity, and presence!
You'll get immediate access to the content hub and program discussion group as soon as you enroll! There's no wait to get started, which is a great way to ride the waves of excitement until the group coaching calls begin.
Once the calls begin, you'll still have 12 weeks of group coaching calls and access to the program discussion group - in addition to the lifetime access to the content hub.
Once the group calls start on October 6th, the early access will go away, so enrolling right now gives you an extra boost of time and is another reason to take advantage of the early bird rate!
Although this program does not cover these more traditional concepts, it can create a powerful foundation for creating or updating your marketing and business plan in ways that are aligned with your intrinsic values and beliefs.
If you've participated in any of the previous Biz Alchemy group coaching programs, you'll find this program goes deeper into creating habits that support consistency not only with your meditation practice, but applying your insights on a daily basis. Some of the core concepts are similar to what is covered in Biz Alchemy, with the meditations being the same, or similar to what you practiced.
This program is delivered in two parts: Part one covers goal-setting, exploring what performance is to you, and aligning your intentions with actions. Part two covers working with your business as a separate entity, and setting it up to align with your intrinsic values and beliefs which have been explored in part one.
This program can be an excellent way to refresh your Biz Alchemy practice, by reviewing the meditation practices and concepts, creating consistency, or by establishing new goals and intentions that are more aligned with your intrinsic values and beliefs.
New material is presented that can help you gain a greater appreciation of the reflection process health benefits and the neuroscience-basis of alchemy and intuition. Evidence-based tools and assessments are provided to support more effective ways of establishing goals and creating self-accountability that were not a part of previous Biz Alchemy programs.

What I do as a Coach:
Provide a forum for you to set goals, gain insight and learning, and help you create self-accountability. Use mindfulness, presence, and active listening to awaken your innate potential to thrive in your business. Use a powerful questioning process that opens new possibilities and creates awareness you can use for growth. Use humor and lightheartedness as a tool to encourage a positive mindset and approach to difficulties when they arise. Use metaphor, analogy, or anonymous case study examples to illustrate points related to the coaching process. Remain curious, flexible, and open-minded throughout the coaching engagement. Support you in mastering the materials in an applied way, specific to what resonates for you and how you want to use it. Offer assistance in setting goals, intentions, exploring options or different perspectives. Support your autonomy in making decisions. Honor your intuitive insights and support confidence in your innate intuitive capabilities. Be honest and work in integrity toward achieving your goals. Celebrate your successes, support you during setbacks, and champion your progress.
What I do not do as a Coach:
Offer therapy, consulting, or advice. Take responsibility for any undesirable outcomes. Compare your process with myself or anyone else’s. Criticize, shame, belittle, or judge. Take responsibility for your lack of participation or failure to communicate feedback. Create agendas and expect you to fulfill them. Give you business, legal, or financial advice.
What I ask from you:
Do your best, be as truthful as possible, and remain curious. Attempt all exercises to the best of your ability, and provide feedback when something isn’t clear or isn’t resonating for you. Remove distractions as much as possible during the live calls and actively participate with others by supporting them and asking for support when you need it.
