Regulate before you decide
Strengthen self-awareness and presence so choices come from capacity rather than pressure.
ENERGY INTELLIGENT COACH · 35 ICF CCE HOURS
You know how to create awareness, hold presence, listen deeply, and support meaningful action for your clients. This program helps you bring those same competencies to the way you lead, decide, and grow your own coaching business.
YOUR BUSINESS BECOMES THE COACH
Embody a coaching mindset.
Notice how your beliefs, stress patterns, and state shape the way you lead.
Maintain presence.
Stay available to what is happening when the answer is not obvious and the decision is yours.
Evoke awareness.
Listen for patterns, energy, evidence, and possibilities your habitual thinking may miss.
Facilitate growth.
Turn insight into aligned goals, self-accountability, and action you can track.
The ICF Core Competencies become a framework for running your business with the same depth and integrity you bring to a coaching conversation.
WHAT MAKES THIS CCE DIFFERENT
Many CCE programs deepen what happens inside a client session. Energy Intelligent Coach also asks what happens when you apply coaching presence, ethics, curiosity, awareness, and accountability to your own business.
Strengthen self-awareness and presence so choices come from capacity rather than pressure.
Integrate embodied information with data, strategy, and professional judgment.
Translate awareness into clear goals, accountable action, and trackable outcomes.
Create a practice that can grow without competing with your energy, values, or well-being.

BUILT FOR PRACTITIONERS
THE ENERGY INTELLIGENT METHOD
The program unfolds in two connected movements so intuitive action is built on regulation, coherence, and professional discernment.
Business intuition becomes a practical decision-making skill when it is supported by self-awareness, professional discernment, and an understanding of how the brain and nervous system respond to stress. You’ll learn to recognize when overwhelm is narrowing your perception, then create the internal conditions for clearer decisions when the path forward is uncertain.
PART ONE
Revisit goals, values, strengths, mindset, and accountability through a mind–body lens. Develop the capacity to sense, track, and regulate your internal state while working with a real obstacle or breakthrough in your business.
Instead of measuring success against trends or borrowed business formulas, you’ll define peak performance in a way that reflects your values, strengths, energy, and life.
You establish the inner coherence needed to hold what you are asking your business to become.
PART TWO
Work with your coaching business as a living system. Integrate embodied awareness, data, strategy, and ethical intuition to sense when to expand, consolidate, simplify, or change direction.
From that foundation, you’ll develop business intuition by integrating embodied information with evidence, strategy, and professional judgment, so you can make grounded decisions even when certainty isn’t available.
You leave with decisions and structures that fit your values, strengths, capacity, and vision.
Less overwhelm. Clearer decisions. A definition of success that supports your vitality, your performance, and the business you actually want to build.

YOUR TEN-MODULE LEARNING JOURNEY
Bring peak performance into your daily life. Each module connects a familiar coaching competency to the real decisions, patterns, and possibilities inside your business. Ten live modules unfold over three weekends, with twelve weeks to integrate the learning and complete your assignments.
Establish a clear, values-aligned intention for your coaching business and translate it into measurable goals using neuroscience-informed visualization, embodiment, and ethical intention-setting aligned with the ICF Core Competencies.
Learn to regulate stress and expand creative capacity by applying curiosity, optimism, and embodied awareness, replacing urgency and overthinking with grounded decision-making and structural clarity.
Identify the internal patterns that undermine consistency or confidence and reframe them through a somatically informed, strengths-based approach that builds self-trust and supports sustainable follow-through.
Redefine performance by aligning values, beliefs, and goals, creating a self-accountability system that supports progress without burnout while staying firmly within coaching scope and ethics.
Recalibrate your relationship with rest, stress, and success. Learn to translate goals into an embodied direction you can sustain, using presence rather than pressure to support clear thinking, purposeful action, and long-term performance.
Use business energetics to understand your coaching business as a living system, strengthening coherence, trust, and alignment between intrinsic values and extrinsic goals.
Use Business Alchemy practices to turn intuitive insight into strategic SMART goals, creating movement where resistance or stagnation has been present.
Develop business intuition by understanding what intuition is and how to use it to identify which area of your business most needs strengthening. Practice attuning to where energy patterns are ready for change, integrating intuitive insight with data, presence, and professional discernment.
Use inner alchemy practices to transform emotional reactivity into clarity, empathy, and aligned action, strengthening leadership presence and decision-making under pressure.
Integrate the full framework into a personalized operating system for success, establishing reflective practices and habits that support fulfillment, adaptability, and long-term performance.
THE PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
You move through the program as both coach and client, using your own business as the case study. The learning becomes visible in your decisions, habits, and next steps.
Each module includes guided meditation, teaching, Core Competency application, a live coaching demonstration, Q&A, peer coaching, feedback, and group integration.
All asynchronous program content is available when you join, so you can work through the learning and practice library at your own pace. Assignments are due at the end of 12 weeks.
Practice, discussion, accountability, and shared insight with other committed professionals continue between live days.
NEUROSCIENCE FOR THE COACH WHO OWNS A BUSINESS
Neuroscience, performance psychology, and psychoneuroimmunology help make the less visible parts of performance easier to recognize and work with. They give structure to the relationship among stress, attention, habit, emotion, physiology, and decision-making.
Notice how urgency and physiological stress can narrow attention, reduce flexibility, and shape business choices.
Meditation is used as a performance and wellness tool. Guided practices create a pause before action so you can notice the state from which you are making a decision and explore a clearer response.
Use consistent reflection, visualization, meditation, and action to help new patterns become more available over time.
A repeatable daily practice of reflection, visualization, meditation, and action supports integration. You use your own business as a case study, noticing how new patterns affect actual decisions and follow-through.
Track internal cues through breathwork, meditation, and somatic practice before translating them into meaning or action.
Guided breathwork and embodiment practices help you recognize physiological cues and develop a more aware relationship with time, productivity, and recovery. Internal information is explored with discernment rather than treated as a prediction.
Explore the relationship among stress regulation, resilience, adaptive coping, physiology, and post-traumatic growth.
Through meditation and reflective practice, explore how unwinding stress and recalibrating homeostasis can create bandwidth for peak performance—the capacity to sustain the outcomes you want to create. Setbacks become material for adaptive coping and informed choices.
Build a 360-degree view of strengths, stress patterns, readiness for change, and well-being so insight stays connected to observable data.
Assessments are used as feedback mechanisms rather than static labels. Observe your strengths, stress patterns, readiness for change, and well-being alongside what you notice in your daily practice.
Develop intuition as a disciplined capacity that works alongside evidence, lived experience, ethics, and professional judgment.
Intuition is developed alongside evidence, lived experience, coaching ethics, and professional judgment. The goal is clearer decisions while outcomes remain uncertain, with insight translated into practical action.
FROM PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS
“The energetic separation and collaboration between me and my business has helped me feel more at peace and hopeful about the future, and that positive energy has made it easier for me to enjoy my personal life outside of work. I am grateful for the energetic and emotional shifts from this program and feel empowered to continue the work on my own”
“Without really doing anything other than the group meditations and working with the reflection process throughout the week, my income quickly began to increase toward my goal. I more than doubled my income, with more opportunities I never would’ve considered continuing to develop.”
“Through this work I have gained a specific method for working with my business, am able to manifest big changes in my life, and to navigate life’s challenges as transformational opportunities for growth. These are tools I use on a daily basis and return to whenever I am feeling stuck. Highly recommended!”

Energy Intelligent Coach: Business Energetics, Intuition & Peak Performance
BEFORE YOU DECIDE · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Energy Intelligent Coach is designed primarily for ICF-trained and credentialed coaches who want to earn CCE hours while strengthening how they coach, lead, and run a business. It is also open to psychologists, counselors, wellness professionals, massage therapists and bodyworkers, somatic practitioners, yoga and meditation teachers, energy healers, executives, entrepreneurs, and other professionals interested in applied coaching skills.
You do not need to be a certified coach to participate. Non-ICF participants learn to apply the Core Competencies to their own business decisions, goals, and patterns, creating a structured practice of reflection and self-accountability. At the same time, the demonstrations and peer coaching help them strengthen coaching skills they can bring into client conversations within their existing training, credentials, and professional scope.
The program is especially well suited for people interested in peak performance, mindfulness, embodied awareness, ethical intuition, and decision-making under uncertainty. Coaches may earn ICF CCE credit, while other professionals participate for applied professional development.
No previous experience is required. The program approaches intuition development, meditation, and business energetics through the lenses of evidence-based practice, peak performance, and the neuroscience of performance.
Each tool and practice is connected to professional coaching skills, ethical discernment, and the ICF Core Competencies. This gives you a grounded framework for exploring and applying the concepts, even if they are entirely new to you. Many participants begin without prior experience and find the work both expansive and accessible.
Yes. You can integrate the coaching skills, questions, reflective practices, and principles into your work within your existing training, credentials, and professional scope.
Enrollment does not grant certification or a license to teach the Energy Intelligent Coach methodology. Course materials, recordings, meditations, worksheets, and other proprietary resources are provided for your individual professional use and may not be copied, distributed, sold, or taught as your own program.
The program includes group coaching, guided practices, reflective inquiry, live coaching demonstrations, structured peer coaching, and supportive feedback.
Each tool and practice is connected to the ICF Core Competencies. You'll explore how intuition can be used ethically within a coaching conversation while strengthening skills such as maintaining presence, listening actively to verbal, nonverbal, and somatic information, evoking awareness, and facilitating client growth. Live demonstrations show the work in practice, followed by peer coaching opportunities to apply what you are learning and receive feedback.
Your business provides real material for coaching and reflection, but the program does not include therapy, diagnosis, consulting, or legal, financial, or business advice. Tactical marketing and business planning are not taught directly.
Yes. Live attendance is required to receive ICF CCE credit. Attendance is taken within the first 15 minutes of each module, twice per live day. Participants may miss up to two modules and remain eligible for CCE credit by watching each full recording, submitting the missed-session verification form, and completing all associated assignments by their deadlines.
Yes. The teaching portions of each live module are recorded and available for review during your 12 weeks of access. To protect participant confidentiality, coaching demonstrations, breakout-room peer coaching, and group discussions are not recorded.
Recordings support integration and reflection, but they do not replace live attendance for ICF CCE credit except through the approved make-up process for up to two modules.
To receive a Certificate of Completion and ICF CCE credit, participants must attend all 10 live modules, with up to two modules completed through the approved make-up process. Participants also engage with video on during live learning, complete all readings, lessons, assignments, and reflections by the course deadline, fulfill the peer coaching requirements, and submit a final reflection paper.
Attendance is recorded during each live module. Learning platform tracking, weekly forum posts, peer feedback activities, assignments, and lesson completion confirmations verify participation in self-study content. The final reflection paper brings the learning together before CCE credit is awarded.
All purchases, including deposits, are non-refundable. If you enroll with a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full regardless of participation. A complimentary consultation is available before registration so you can ask questions and decide whether the program fits.
