What Makes This Program Different

Participants gain practical tools to treat their business as an energetic system, Business Energetics, supporting resilience and authentic entrepreneurship. They strengthen intuitive decision-making through Business Intuition, blending embodied awareness with data and evidence to enhance creativity, clarity, and growth, particularly in decision-making under uncertainty.

This approach complements traditional business skill development such as mission, vision, business planning, and strategic priorities by helping participants clarify their strengths, core values, and beliefs, allowing them to move beyond rote templates and design a coaching practice that is genuinely their own. Participants also apply Business Alchemy practices to elevate emotional intelligence, reduce stress, and support creative problem-solving for sustainable success, while redefining success through daily practices that align intention with action—making success a repeatable, embodied habit.

This training bridges the gap between insight and implementation by teaching meditation, intuition, and subtle energy practices in a way that is practical, measurable, and directly applicable to real coaching and business decisions. Grounded in neuroscience and performance science, the approach aligns these practices with real-world coaching outcomes, transforming them from abstract concepts into usable skills that support clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth.

International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation

35 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Credits

This program is formally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in professional coaching. Upon completion, participants earn 35 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits, which may be applied toward credential renewal or ongoing professional development requirements.

The 35 CCE credits are allocated as follows: 12 hours in ICF Core Competencies and 23 hours in Resource Development.

This ICF-recognized training meets the rigorous professional standards of the International Coaching Federation while deepening coaching presence, intuition, and performance-based decision-making for real-world application.

Program Experience

Participants move through the program as both client and coach applying concepts to themselves as a case study. Each week explores a theme connected to readiness for change, business energetics, and business intuition, with guided somatic, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices to help coaches and clients navigate resistance, stressors, and misalignment. Coaches learn to apply the ICF Core Competencies to energy-informed and trauma-aware coaching practices that support self-healing as a process of unwinding stress and recalibrating homeostasis.

How the Program Works

Each week blends learning, practice, and integration so insights translate into real change.

Participants engage in:

  • Expert-led teaching and knowledge transfer, covering goal setting, readiness for change, neuroscience, and applied energy frameworks

  • Live coaching demonstrations that model how to apply concepts in real coaching and business scenarios

  • Guided peer coaching practice with clear structure and supportive feedback

  • Reflection assignments and journaling to deepen insight and integrate learning between sessions

Throughout the program, participants research and design a personalized coaching framework for themselves—one they actively work through during the program and can continue using afterward for their own growth or with coaching clients.

Ongoing community discussion forums support dialogue, accountability, shared insight, and peer learning, creating a learning environment that extends well beyond each session.

Program Format

Part One: Define Your Path to Peak Performance

This foundational phase prepares you to work with your coaching business as a separate energetic system in Part Two by first establishing stability, coherence, and self-regulation within your own system.

Rather than introducing entirely new tools, Part One revisits familiar coaching frameworks—goal setting, values, mindset, reflection, and accountability—through a mind–body lens. These tools are repurposed as a structured reflection process that supports the unwinding that naturally occurs through meditation and subtle energy work, allowing your nervous system and physiology to recalibrate from your current state to one that can genuinely hold the intentions and goals you are working toward.

Through guided embodiment practices, meditation, and reflective inquiry, you develop the capacity to sense, track, and regulate internal energy states, transforming self-awareness from a cognitive exercise into a lived, embodied skill. Evidence-based assessments are used not as static diagnostics, but as feedback mechanisms—helping you observe how strengths, stress patterns, and well-being shift as homeostasis recalibrates.

This phase supports you in working consciously with a setback, obstacle, or breakthrough currently present in your business, creating the internal coherence necessary for sustainable performance, ethical intuition, and aligned leadership before extending this work to the business itself in Part Two.

Part Two: Unlock Your Business’s Unique Energy Blueprint

In this phase, the focus shifts from self-regulation to business energetics—working with your coaching business as a living system with its own intelligence, rhythm, and capacity for growth. Building on the coherence established in Part One, you apply embodied awareness, neuroscience-informed reflection, and ethical intuition development to listen to, interpret, and recalibrate your business’s energy system.

Familiar coaching tools—values clarification, goal design, accountability, and reflective inquiry—are repurposed through the lens of Business Alchemy: the ability to attune to strategies and insights that unlock peak performance in ways that are uniquely aligned with you and your business’s blueprint for success. Rather than relying on rote or trendy strategies, you begin to discover approaches that genuinely work for you.

Through business intuition development, you strengthen your capacity to sense when the business is ready to expand, consolidate, or change direction—particularly when clear data is limited and decisions must be made under uncertainty. Intuition is trained as a disciplined, ethical skill and integrated with data, strategy, and lived experience, allowing you to navigate ambiguity with confidence and make decisions that are both informed and aligned.

Challenges, plateaus, and disruptions are approached as energetic information rather than problems to fix. Through meditation, embodiment practices, and integrative coaching frameworks, friction is transformed into clarity, vision is aligned with execution, and inspiration is balanced with action. As coherence between inner leadership and business systems strengthens, the business begins to support well-being, presence, and sustainable performance—rather than compete with them.

Your 10-Week Transformation

Bring peak performance into your daily life by applying the ICF Core Competencies to business energetics and intuition development

  • Week 1: Setting the Inner Compass. Establish a clear, values-aligned intention for your coaching business and translate it into measurable goals using neuroscience-informed visualization, embodiment, and ethical intention-setting aligned with the ICF Core Competencies.

  • Week 2: Curiosity as a Performance Strategy. Learn to regulate stress and expand creative capacity by applying curiosity, optimism, and embodied awareness—replacing urgency and overthinking with grounded decision-making and structural clarity.

  • Week 3: Transforming Inner Resistance into Momentum. Identify the internal patterns that undermine consistency or confidence and reframe them through a somatically informed, strengths-based approach that builds self-trust and supports sustainable follow-through.

  • Week 4: Performance as Values in Action. Redefine performance by aligning values, beliefs, and goals, creating a self-accountability system that supports progress without burnout while staying firmly within coaching scope and ethics.

  • Week 5: Presence Over Productivity. Recalibrate the relationship between rest, stress, and success by using practices that support embodying goals as presence rather than pressure, creating long-term resilience and alignment.

  • Week 6: Your Business as an Intelligent System. Use Business energetics to understand your coaching business as a living system, strengthening coherence, trust, and alignment between intrinsic values and extrinsic goals.

  • Week 7: Turning Insight into Aligned Action. Leverage Business Alchemy practices to turn intuitive insight into strategic SMART goals—unlocking movement where resistance or stagnation has been present.

  • Week 8: Ethical Intuition in Business Decision-Making. Develop business intuition by understanding what intuition is and how to use it to identify which area of your business most needs strengthening. Practice attuning to where energy patterns are ready for change, integrating intuitive insight with data, presence, and professional discernment to support clearer decisions under uncertainty and aligned creation.

  • Week 9: Emotional Intelligence as a Leadership Skill.

Use inner alchemy practices to transform emotional reactivity into clarity, empathy, and aligned action, strengthening leadership presence and decision-making under pressure.

  • Week 10: Redefining Success for Sustainable Growth. Integrate the full framework into a personalized operating system for success—establishing reflective practices and habits that support fulfillment, adaptability, and long-term performance.

Evidence-Basis and Professional Foundations

This program is grounded in evidence-based practices that support sustainable peak performance, ethical intuition, and aligned business leadership.

Meditation is used as both a performance and wellness tool, supporting stress reduction, physiological balance, and clearer decision-making—especially under pressure or uncertainty.

Through guided breathwork and embodiment practices, participants learn to recalibrate physiological homeostasis, reducing chronic overwhelm and creating a more energy-aware relationship with time, productivity, and recovery.

Mindset coaching supports values clarification and reflective inquiry, revisiting familiar coaching tools as part of a recalibration process that unwinds conditioned stress responses and aligns action with sustainable capacity.

Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) provides a framework for understanding how stress regulation, resilience, and post-traumatic growth are interconnected. Setbacks and uncertainty are reframed as meaningful feedback that supports adaptive coping and informed decisions.

Participants develop a simple, repeatable daily practice using meditation, visualization, and breathwork. With consistency, this practice supports grounding, emotional intelligence, and neuroplasticity — allowing new patterns of focus and regulation to stabilize without force.

Evidence-based assessments offer a 360-degree view of strengths, stress patterns, readiness for change, and well-being, grounding intuitive insight in observable data and supporting aligned choices.

Together, these approaches establish the foundation for working with the business as a responsive ally. Intuition is developed as a strategic capacity, integrated with data, lived experience, and professional judgment to support decision-making under uncertainty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Thoughtful questions are part of the process. We’ve gathered the most common ones here to support your decision.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for ICF-trained and ICF-credentialed coaches seeking Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours, as well as professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs who want to apply coaching principles to their own business or leadership development. It is especially well suited for those interested in integrating peak performance, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intuition into sustainable business growth and decision-making under uncertainty.

You do not need to be a certified coach to participate, though many participants find the experience strengthens their coaching skills and contributes meaningfully to future credentialing pathways. There is a version of this program for non-coaches, which focuses on live group coaching and program support through a community discussion group and learning platform. Learn more about that program here.

Is this a business coach certification or licensing program?

No. This is a professional development and Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program, not a coach certification or licensing program. All materials are provided under a single-use license for personal and professional development only and may not be taught, distributed, or commercialized.

There is a separate licensing and certification pathway for those who wish to teach or facilitate this methodology, which includes this program. If you're interested in dicussing this option, contact us by booking a consultation, or explore options after enrolling in this program.

How is the program structured?

The program is delivered over 10 weeks and includes:

* Weekly live synchronous sessions on Zoom

* Guided Meditation, Lecture, ICF Core Competency review, and coaching demonstrations

* Peer coaching with structured feedback and small-group discussion

* Guided reflection, assessments, and integration assignments

* Asynchronous learning modules, meditations, and reflection practices

* Ongoing support in a private, secure community forum (not on social media)

Each live session follows a consistent, supportive structure: grounding practice → teaching and application → peer or group coaching → reflection → next-step integration

Program Dates & Schedule

Winter Cohort: January 29 – April 2, 2026. Live sessions take place on Thursdays from 1:00–3:00 PM Eastern Time.

Do I need to attend the live sessions?

Yes. Live attendance is required to receive ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credit. Attendance is verified through a roll call conducted within the first 15 minutes of each live session. Participants may miss up to two sessions and still remain eligible for CCE credit, provided the following make-up requirements are met:

* Watch the *full session recording**

* Submit a *missed-session verification form**

* Complete *all associated assignments** by their stated deadlines

All assignments must be completed on time in order to meet attendance verification and ICF CCE requirements

Are sessions recorded?

Yes. All live sessions are recorded and made available for review throughout the program. Recordings support integration and reflection but do not replace live attendance for CCE credit.

What kind of coaching is included?

This program is delivered in a group coaching and facilitation format. The facilitator provides teaching, guided practices, group inquiry, reflective prompts, and structured peer coaching. Sessions may also include coaching demonstrations and breakout exercises to support applied learning.

The coaching approach emphasizes demonstrating ethical practice and scope awareness; embodying a coaching mindset through presence, mindfulness, and self-regulation; maintaining presence under uncertainty; listening actively to verbal, non-verbal, and somatic communication; evoking awareness through inquiry and reflection; and facilitating client growth by supporting autonomy, insight, and self-accountability aligned with measurable outcomes.

While the program may explore the context behind areas of stuckness or desired growth, insight is consistently reframed into constructive, forward-moving action. This program does not include therapy, diagnosis, consulting, or legal, financial, or business advice.

This program does not directly teach tactical marketing or business planning. However, it provides a strong foundation for those activities by helping you clarify values and strengths, improve decision-making under uncertainty, and align strategy with capacity. Traditional business questions may arise organically during live sessions and group discussions.

Completion Requirements

To receive a Certificate of Completion and ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credit, participants must meet all of the following requirements:

* Attend all 10 live sessions. Up to two sessions may be made up by viewing the full recording and submitting the required make-up work.

* Participate fully with video on, including breakout peer coaching sessions and group discussions.

* Complete all assignments, reflections, and required readings by the stated deadlines.

* Fulfill peer coaching requirements, including both giving and receiving coaching and providing feedback as directed.

Participants who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion or ICF CCE credit.

Verification of Participation

Participation in recorded and self-study content is verified through a combination of learning platform tracking and applied learning assignments.

Each week, participants are required to complete:

* Forum post based on the asynchronous module content

* Peer feedback activity to support reflection and integration

Supplemental readings and research deepen understanding and invite reflection on how the ICF Core Competencies apply to participants’ own business development—particularly in setting trackable goals, creating self-accountability, and aligning daily practices with defining personal peak performance.

Weekly assignments culminate in a final short reflection paper summarizing key learning, insights, and applications for ongoing coaching business development.

Completion of recorded lessons and assignments is verified through the learning management system (LMS), including a “Mark Complete” confirmation at the end of each lesson, prior to awarding ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credit.

What is the refund policy?

All purchases, including deposits, are non-refundable.

Participants receive access to the program materials for the duration of the program and any access period specified at enrollment. To support informed decision-making, a complimentary consultation is available prior to registration to answer questions and ensure the program is a good fit.

If you enroll using a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full, regardless of participation level. Failure to complete payment obligations will result in ineligibility for a Certificate of Completion and/or ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credit.
