Over the years, many practitioners have come to this work with a desire to replicate or closely follow my method, believing that using the same structure or practices would lead to similar outcomes. What often emerged instead was disappointment—not because the work lacked integrity or effectiveness, but because copying a methodology does not create authorship, authority, or long-term success.

In those conversations, a deeper truth surfaced. Many of these practitioners didn’t actually want to teach my work. They wanted to create something of their own—but weren’t sure how to do that in a way that was coherent, ethical, and professionally grounded. A recurring question became: What does it take to develop a method that is truly yours, and that you can fully own?

This pathway was developed in response to that question.

Rather than offering a fixed or branded system to replicate, the Attune™ Alchemy Method Development Pathway supports experienced practitioners in integrating a principled coaching methodology and translating it into a clear, original system of practice—one that reflects their expertise, values, and lived experience.
